First analysis by wide-field epifluorescence microscopy of localisation of Arabidopsis MICU (At4g32060) by 35S-MICU-GFP (green) expression in stable transgenic root epidermal cell stained with mitochondrial matrix marker TMRM (red). See Wagner et al (2015) for nice confocal images.
